Prepare for Your Adventure
Here are some ideas of how to prepare for your one-of-a-kind fishing experience on the majestic Rogue River. Our trips are all-inclusive of lodging and meals and our expert guides will ensure a thrilling and memorable trip.
Transportation
Medford is the closest airport serviced by large airlines. You can also fly to Eugene (about 2.5 hours) or Portland (about 5 hours) from the launch.
Lodging
It is best to spend the night preceding your trip in the Grants Pass area. There are a few lodges close to our launch point: Riverside Inn, Galice Resort or Morrison’s. Other nearby towns of interest are Jacksonville, Ashland, and Medford.
Launch
The morning your trip begins you will meet the guides at Graves Creek boat launch between 9 and 9:30 a.m.
Personal Gear Suggestions
Please transport your gear in duffel or rubberized bags. We will have waterproof dry bags to put your bags into. We need keep weight to a minimum, as all gear must be transported in our boats and carried between the river and lodges. Please do not bring guns, waders or hip boots, large tackle boxes or large coolers. We will transport your cold drinks in our coolers.
No waders & keep gear to 25 pounds per person please!

IMPORTANT: There are no stores on the river! Please pack carefully & don’t forget your wine/liquor and mixers if desired!
