FAQs

  • If you’re flying in:
The closest airport to our launch is Medford. You can also fly to Eugene (about 2.5 hour drive) or Portland (about a 4 hour drive).

    Driving to the river:
If you have rented a car or have driven your own, we will give you directions to the launch and we will arrange for your car to be shuttled to the take out.

Charges range from $135 for individual cars to $900 for a group of 12 to be driven in a shuttle van.

If you have flown in as a group it is best to rent a van service to pick you up at the airport and be taken to your motel and then on to the river the following morning. They will then pick you up after the trip ends and transport you back to the airport. We can arrange this service for you.

  • You will meet your guides at Graves Creek the morning of the first day of the trip. Directions to the launch will be given to you once the trip is booked. The launch is located about 20 miles off I-5.

We generally reach our final destination on the fourth day about 11 am at the community of Agnes. If you are on a 3 day trip, we reach Foster Bar about 4pm.

You are about 27 miles from Gold Beach, if you’re heading for the coast. If you’re traveling back to Interstate 5, you are about 2 hours to Grants Pass.

“Our October fly fishing trip down the Wild and Scenic Rogue was spectacular. The scenery was mind blowing; the wildlife did not disappoint; and the guides were professional and highly skilled in maneuvering the river (and they knew the best fishing spots!). If you are looking for an outfitter who offers a customized experience with attention to the details, Drift Adventures brings it all.”
